Sergeant 1st Class Gyeong Gyuhyeon died May. 30, 1970 in Tay Son, Phu Phong, from wounds caused by an enemy’s booby trap explosion during transportation of water supply. He was awarded the Order of Military Merit Inheon. He was buried at 08-1-3168 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.
