Sergeant Lee Haewon was born in 2-1 Yaksa-dong, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do, Jan. 28, 1948. He was assigned to 3rd Company, Armor Regiment, Tiger Division and was dispatched to Vietnam; stationed in the area of Binh Dinh Province.
Sergeant Lee Haewon died May. 5, 1972 in Tay Son, Deo An Khe, from wounds caused by an enemy’s shell explosion during Operation Beongae 24. He was awarded the Order of Military Merit a Commendation for bravery. He was buried at 03-1-4061 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.

Staff Sergeant An Jinyong died by heliicoper accident May. 9, 1972, during transportation of supplies in Tay Giang, deo An Khe(BR 685424). He was awarded the Order of Military Merit a Commendation for bravery. He was buried at 03-1-4136 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.

Staff Sergeant Gang Ilyong died by cerebral malaria Oct. 26, 1972, during a military operation in Tay Giang, deo An Khe. He was buried at 02-1-4290 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.

Corporal Shin Cheolho was born in 52 Yong’i-ri, Wongok-myeon, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, May. 22, 1944. He was assigned to 4th Company, Armor Regiment, Tiger Division and was dispatched to Vietnam; stationed in the area of Binh Dinh Province.
Corporal Shin Cheolho died Mar. 21, 1967 in Tay Giang(BR 605365), from wounds caused by an enemy’s sniper shooting during a search operation. He was awarded the Order of Military Merit Inheon. He was buried at 26-3-735 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.
