Staff Sergeant Kim Youngjae was born in 213 Chunsan-ri, Hwasan-myeon, Wanju-gun, Jeollabuk-do, Feb. 1, 1948. He was assigned to 4th Company, 1st Regiment, Tiger Division and was dispatched to Vietnam; stationed in the area of Binh Dinh Province.
Staff Sergeant Kim Youngjae died Jul. 24, 1970 in Phu Cat (CR 031441), from wounds caused by a booby trap explosion during transportation of supplies mission. He was awarded the Order of Military Merit Inheon. He was buried at 02-3-3256 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.

Staff Sergeant Woo Gitae died Mar. 24, 1971 in south-west area of Phu Cat Airfield(BR 892397), from wounds caused by a booby trap explosion during sentry duty. He was awarded the Order of Military Merit Inheon. He was buried at 02-2-3555 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.

Staff Sergeant Jeon Yeoksik died Mar. 24, 1971 in south-west area of Phu Cat Airfield(BR 894391), from wounds caused by a booby trap explosion during sentry duty. He was awarded the Order of Military Merit a Commendation for bravery. He was buried at 02-2-3518 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.

Staff Sergeant Lee Yongtae died Mar. 25, 1971 in south-west area of Phu Cat airfield(BR 224446), from wounds caused by an enemy’s sniper shooting during an ambush operation. He was awarded the Order of Military Merit Hwarang. He was buried at 02-2-3523 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.
