Sergeant 1st Class Kim Gisoo died Mar. 22, 1968 at west of 6B road of Van Canh (BR 998375), from wounds caused by a grenade explosion serving during Operation Tiger 10. He was awarded the Order of Military Merit Hwarang. He was buried at 26-1-1744 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetry.
