Sergeant Lee geumyong died Aug. 16, 1971 in Tay Son, Tay Giang, Nui Ngang(BR 703416), from wounds caused by a claymore explosion during a military operation. He was buried at 03-3-3759 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.
