Corporal Jang Booan died Jul. 16, 1971 in Song Cau, Dong Xuyen, Hon Ca(CQ 968951), from wounds causes by an explosion during a reconnaissance action of roads. He was awarded the Order of Military Merit Inheon. He was buried at 03-3-3743 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetry.

Staff Sergeant Song Jaein was born in Wanju-gun, Jeollabuk-do(Yeoui-san, Jochon-myeon), Apr. 18, 1948. He was assigned to 3rd Company, 26th Regiment, Tiger Division and was dispatched to Vietnam; stationed in the area of Binh Dinh Province.
Staff Sergeant Song Jaein died Oct. 22, 1971 in Dong Xuan(CQ 240205), from wounds caused by a booby trap explosion during a reconnaissance action of roads. He was awarded the Military Merit Medal. He was buried at 03-2-3838 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetry.
