Staff Sergeant Yoo Secheol was born in Samji-ri, Yeongyang-eup, Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Feb. 5, 1948. He was assigned to 10th Company, 1st Regiment, Tiger Division and was dispatched to Vietnam; stationed in the area of Binh Dinh Province.
