Sergeant Byeon Haeseon was born in Sagok-ri, Jeomdong-myeon, Yeoju-si, Gyeonggi-do, May. 10, 1944. He was assigned to 6th Company, Armor Regiment, Tiger Division and was dispatched to Vietnam; stationed in the area of Binh Dinh Province.
Sergeant Byeon Haeseon was killed Dec. 24, 1967 in Phu Cat, Nui Ba, during a battle with enemies in Operation Tiger 9. He was awarded the Order of Military Merit Inheon. He was buried at 26-2-1480 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.

Sergeant Hong Joopal was born in san 9-1 1ga, Geumho-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul Capital City, Aug. 24, 1945. He was assigned to 6th Company, Armor Regiment, Tiger Division and was dispatched to Vietnam; stationed in the area of Binh Dinh Province.
