Staff Sergeant Seo Jeonggwan was born in 230 Hwasan-ri, Mangseong-myeon, Iksan-si, Jeollabuk-do, Apr.21, 46. He was assigned to Armored Regiment, Tiger Division and was dispatched to Vietnam; stationed in the area of Binh Dinh Province.
Staff Sergeant Seo Jeonggwan was killed in action Dec. 4, 1969 in the area of Phu Phong, Tay Son. He was awarded the Order of Military Merit Inheon. He was buried at 02-5-2872 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.

Sergeant Kim Wondal was killed Jun. 25, 1970 in the area of Phu Phong, Tay Son while carrying out a military operation. He was buried at 02-3-3187 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.

Sergeant Mun Wansik was killed in action Apr.28, 1971 in the area of Phu Phong, Tay Son. He was awarded the Order of Military Merit Inheon. He was buried at 03-3-3635 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.
