Sergeant Seo Jongguek was born in 769 Deukso-ri, Jijeong-myeon, Uiryeong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, Oct. 3, 1940. He was assigned to 12th Company, 26th Regiment, Tiger Division and was dispatched to Vietnam; stationed in the area of Binh Dinh Province.
Sergeant Seo Jongguek died Feb. 11, 1967 in An Dinh, from accidental discharge preparing an ambush action. He was buried at family cemetry.
