Sergeant Lee Gwangsu was born in 588 Gyesan-ri, Jisa-myeon, Imsil-gun, Jeollabuk-do, Dec. 12, 1945. He was assigned to 3rd Battery, 628th Artillery Battalion, Artillery Regiment, Tiger Division and was dispatched to Vietnam; stationed in the area of Binh Dinh Province.
