Staff Sergeant Park Won’in died Feb. 9, 1972 in Phu Cat airfield(BR 914431), from wounds caused by an enemy’s shell explosion. He was awarded the Order of Military Merit a Commendation for bravery. He was buried at 03-2-3919 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.
