Sergeant Jeong Taegeun was born in 373 Yakjeon-ri, Ip-myeon, Gokseong-gun, Jeollanam-do, May. 19, 1946. He was assigned to 4th Company, 1st Regiment, Tiger Division and was dispatched to Vietnam; stationed in the area of Binh Dinh Province.
Sergeant Jeong Taegeun died Apr. 18, 1970 in Phu Cat(CR 056316), from wounds caused by a booby trap explosion during an ambush operation. He was awarded the Order of Military Merit Inheon. He was buried at 02-4-3071 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.

Staff Sergeant Kim Youngjae died Jul. 24, 1970 in Phu Cat (CR 031441), from wounds caused by a booby trap explosion during transportation of supplies mission. He was awarded the Order of Military Merit Inheon. He was buried at 02-3-3256 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.

Staff Sergeant Woo Gitae died Mar. 24, 1971 in south-west area of Phu Cat Airfield(BR 892397), from wounds caused by a booby trap explosion during sentry duty. He was awarded the Order of Military Merit Inheon. He was buried at 02-2-3555 graveyard in Seoul National Cemetery.
